Usage:
1 serving = 3.4 / 5.0 g (depending on the flavor). Take 1-4 servings per day. Pure Creatine drink is intended for use by adult individuals engaging in high-intensity exercise. Creatine enhances physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.*
Typical usage scheme:
Loading phase (1st week) - 4 g per day per 15 kilograms of body weight; maintenance phase - 1 g per day per 15 kilograms of body weight. It is preferable to take 1 individual product dose before training and another dose at the end of the training or within 15 minutes after its completion. You can dissolve creatine in water or in your sports drink, gainer, or protein.
