I am a certified fitness trainer and professional athlete in sports such as CrossFit, Hyrox and marathon running. I have won 3rd place in a marathon, qualified for the Hyrox World Championship and won many top 3 places in many functional fitness competitions etc. My best marathon time is 3h13!

I teach both individual and group training, individual according to the client's needs, currently also group training in the hyrox style and also functional training, as well as online training plans according to the client's wishes.
