Usage:
Mix 7g of powder (1 heaping scoop) with 150-200ml of water, juice, or another carbohydrate-containing beverage and consume within 20 minutes. Take 1-2 servings per day before and after physical activity. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. NB! Unflavored BCAAs can be very bitter, so it is best to mix them with a larger amount of other sports drinks or food products.
