Vitamin D3 is in the natural form that is produced in the skin under sunlight exposure. The main source of Vitamin D3 formation is sunlight, which is insufficient in our geographic area. The main symptoms of Vitamin D3 deficiency are weak bones, teeth, muscle pain, fatigue, lack of energy, and reduced immunity. A deficiency in Vitamin D3 can lead to a predisposition to depression, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. Vitamin D3 promotes the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body and helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood. Vitamin D3 helps maintain bone and dental health.

Ingredients: Olive oil, capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerin; purified water), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D). The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

 

USAGE

Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably after a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.

Do not use dietary supplements as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Store at 15-25°C in a dry place out of reach of children.
