Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; cholecalciferol (Vitamin D), starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Usage: Adults take 1 serving – ¼ tablet daily with food, with a sufficient amount of water. There are dividing lines.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. It is recommended to perform a 25-(OH) D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
